Student Accommodation

Fees and charges for students enrolled at James Cook University (JCU) are as follows:

Weekly Rental	Residential Tenancy leases are available from $230/week for 6 months or longer or $250/week for 3 months.
Rental Bond	A bond equivalent to 4 weeks rent is payable and 2 weeks rent in advance upon commencement of lease.

• Vacate bond cleaning is available on departure.
